HOUSE BILL NO. 231 by Representatives Gara and Petersen,

     "An Act relating to tax credits applicable to the oil and gas                                                              
     production tax based on capital expenditures, including capital                                                            
     expenditures incurred for a production facility for new oil and gas                                                        
     production; relating to the alternative tax credit for oil and gas
